About the Business Management Graduate programme in Netto
This programme is for candidates striving for a central position in Netto’s headquarters in Køge. The two-year programme will take you across the local and international organisation, making sure that you are exposed to different challenges within your field of expertise, thus building the required competencies you need to become an impactful player.
In each rotation, you will be given a full position with clear responsibilities for assigned tasks. Your assignments will cover the full range of tasks from hands-on execution of functional tasks to analyses, follow-up on activities, support to the management team, project participation and potentially project management. The flow and content of the rotations will be prioritized according to the business needs and to ensure your future development.

Being a Graduate at Salling Group
We will make sure we challenge you from day one and give you the opportunity to use your theoretical knowledge and transform this into operational skills by giving you daily tasks and project work with clear responsibilities for deliveries and deadlines. Throughout the programme, you will participate in different learning modules together with graduates from other functional areas.

During the programme, you will be based at Netto’s headquarters in Køge – only 30 minutes from Copenhagen.
Salling Group uses analysis and profiling tools as part of our recruitment and assessment process. If we find your background and application interesting we will invite you to take part in the assessment for the graduate position.
On the basis of application, profile and tests results, final candidates will be invited to personal interviews, and depending on outcome, a presentation to Netto top management of a Netto specific case. This will take place during February and March 2019.
